Wedding Sales & Partnerships Representative
(Luxury Bridal Makeup & Hair - Sydney-Based, Hybrid)

Were looking for a Wedding Sales & Partnerships Representative who thrives on connecting with people, turning enquiries into bookings, and building meaningful relationships within the wedding industry. Youll be the first person our brides speak to—and the friendly face that venues, planners, and bridal vendors trust.

Turn Enquiries into Bookings
- Respond to incoming leads from our website, social media, or wedding platforms - fast, professionally, and with warmth.
- Guide brides through our services, pricing, and process. Tailor recommendations to their wedding day vision—without giving technical styling advice (our artists handle that) - and confidently lead them to book.
Build Strong Industry Relationships
- Proactively reach out to wedding venues, planners, bridal boutiques, photographers, and relevant stakeholders to build high-quality, matching referral partnerships.
- Attend relevant networking events, luxury expos, and curated industry meetups to get Something Beauty House on preferred vendor lists and increase our visibility in the right circles.
Own the Sales Process
- Keep track of all leads, follow-ups, and bookings using a CRM or simple tracking system.
- Liaise with our artists on availability and details to ensure a smooth, professional handover from booking to beauty.
- Spot gaps and suggest smarter ways we can sell, respond, or improve the client journey.
Be the Face of Something Beauty House
- Whether youre replying to a client, speaking with a vendor, or introducing us at an event - how you show up matters.
- Youll represent SBH with professionalism, personality, and a genuine belief in the artistry we stand for.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of proven sales and business development experience - ideally in the wedding, luxury beauty, or high-end service industry.
- Understand how brides book - or youre ready to learn fast. You know this isnt about discounts - its about trust, timing, support, and taste.
- Familiar with (or eager to break into) Sydneys wedding industry - you know where brides are booking and who the key vendors are.
- Confident, warm, and persuasive - without being pushy. You know how to sell a high-value service.
- Organised, self-motivated, and outcome-driven. You dont wait to be told what to do - you follow up, follow through, and close.
- Strong communicator - in writing, over the phone, and in person.
- Care about the details, the experience, and the reputation behind the brand you represent.
The Role
- Type: Hybrid - remote with some in-person meetings/events as needed. Must be Sydney-based.
- Hours and Pay Structure: Negotiable - This is a new role in the business, and were open to shaping the arrangement with the right person.
- Level: This is not an entry-level role. Were looking for someone with real sales experience whos ready to take ownership, grow into leadership—and help build something meaningful with us from day one, as a true partner in our journey.
