Communications Lead - UNITE Program Delivery, Consumer - 58677

How will I help?
Responsible for design and execution of Consumer UNITE communication and engagement strategy and supporting narrative.
- Design and execute the Consumer UNITE Program Communication & Engagement Strategy . This includes:
- strategic narrative and key messages that support Consumer UNITE objectives.
- coordinated approach to how we engage stakeholders
- communication and engagement calendar/rhythm.
- amplifying achievements through Group communication channels.
- Support customised messaging and content for senior leaders.
- Liaise with Corporate Affairs (Corporate Affairs, Media Relations and Government Affairs) including socialisation of internal and customer communications.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment with external communications to our customers.

What do I need?
- Depth of experience in a Corporate Affairs and/or Communications role with demonstrable outcomes.
- Advanced level writing and editing skills.
- Advanced ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts, encouraging candid and open communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create targeted and effective communications demonstrated through qualitative and quantitative data points.
- Ability to produce high-quality outputs while managing multiple initiatives, without supervision.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills with GM-1 level and above.
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing/conflicting priorities and resistance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
