The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with experience specializing in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Quality and Data Governance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and the ability to lead technical projects effectively

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications and ensure they align with company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring the solutions meet their needs.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained across all Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development including coding standards code reviews and testing.
• Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure they run efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure the company leverages the best solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the stipulated timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce projects and solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them updated with new Salesforce developments.
