The Opportunity As a Customer Service Officer, working within our Personal Injury contact centre division in the Brisbane CBD, youll be the first person our clients speak with on their journey to seek justice from the adversity theyve experienced. Working 4 days per week, on a permanent part time basis, youll cover the weekend roster that spans Friday to Monday. In addition, this role is offered as a hybrid position, working a mixture of both in the Brisbane CBD office, and from home. With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our group members by:
  • Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and other communications, such as emails, social media messages and website enquiries.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with our clients, through empathy and understanding, while interpreting their needs and assisting them on their journey to seeking compensation.
  • Applying your keen eye to spot opportunities for improvement so that we can stay ahead of the pack and deliver the best outcomes for Shines client base.
