  • Create and deliver joint business plans to achieve budget targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Commercial Team.
  • Manage day-to-day customer requirements ensuring all internal and external deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Drive promotional process and marketing activities.
  • Ensure efficient management of financials to deliver against category growth targets.
Financial Management
  • Support Head of National Chains to set clear sales goals and objectives.
  • Implementation of strong financial management routines.
  • Proactively manage GDA P&L via insight led trading decisions.
  • Possess an intimate understanding of category P&L.
  • Identify drivers and drainers of sales performance and opportunities to drive profitable growth and improved customer service by managing mix of initiatives.
  • Continuous seeking of opportunities to accelerate/corrective action to address performance.

  • Work with category and marketing on ranging and category recommendations.
  • Support a culture of teamwork and co-operation across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Establish clear channels of communication.
  • Set realistic expectations and timelines.
  • Successfully launch NPD.
Team Leadership & Engagement
  • Lead, motivate and influence a team of dedicated Sales Support team members and National Account Executive on upcoming initiatives.
  • Be a team player as part of the National Chains team.
  • Seek out opportunities to engage and add value to the broader Good Drinks team.
  • Seek out opportunities to lead and/or participate in business growth initiatives.
  • Category lead and insights sharing across National Chains & wider Good Drinks business.
Skills and Experiences: Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in the industry in similar roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and ability to prioritise
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Current drivers license
  • Displays a high level of behaviours: courtesy, dependability, self-confidence, transparency, honesty and a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail

  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities
