The Opportunity

Working for Australian Unity Aboriginal Home Health, youll enjoy ongoing training and be part of a family committed to making a positive impact to the community. This role will be servicing the community of Queanbeyan.

Who we are looking for:

• A compassionate, empathetic, respectful Carer
• 15 hour part-time contract available; must be availale 5 days Monday to Friday
• Has a reliable car and Australian Driver Licence
• Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 Doses)
• Both experienced and non-experienced encouraged to apply

What you will be doing:

• Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
• Social support such as accompanying our clients to their doctor appointment/s, shopping & social outings (experience dependant)
• Perform Personal Care duties including showering, feeding and toileting; assist in oral medication (experience dependant)
