About the Business Our Community and Partnerships team delivers funding and programs that support the capacity and wellbeing of South Australian communities, including Grants SA, Community Programs and Partnerships, Gambling Harm Support SA, Community Connections and Business Services. Role Details The Principal Policy Officer (Gambling Harm Support SA) is a role within Community and Partnerships and is accountable to the Manager, Gambling Harm Support SA for:
  • Providing expert policy advice on complex and politically sensitive matters to support South Australias gambling harm minimisation agenda.
  • Planning, initiating, managing and delivering complex projects to achieve whole of government gambling harm minimisation outcomes.
  • Leading the development of strong partnerships with key stakeholders to support the monitoring and assessment of programs delivered by Gambling Harm Support SA.
Special Conditions National Police Check required. Employment-related Screening Check required. Some out of hours work may be required. Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required. Must hold a current Australian issued drivers licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
