The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling heat pumps and air conditioning systems under the VEU Program, engaging with residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for energy efficiency, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales for heat pumps and air conditioning systems under the VEU program.
• Educate customers on the benefits of energy-efficient upgrades and available government incentives.
• Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government rebates, and competitor offerings.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including installation and customer support.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in heat pumps, air conditioning, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Understanding of the VEU Program and energy efficiency incentives (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
• Must hold a valid ABN.
• Must be based in VIC (South Eastern sububrs preferred).
