What youll be doing The Clinical Support Officer provides administration and clerical support, and to CAMHS services including Safeguards, and provides quality customer service to patients and their families.
  • Complete a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the CAMHS and Safeguards services including;
  • data entry
  • report production
  • invoicing
  • secretariat support of meetings
  • preparing minutes
  • agendas and booking rooms

  • Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, with recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting or a combination of study and work experience, or a willingness to work towards these achievements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide variety of people, both internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated competence in computing and experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
  • Understanding and commitment to providing excellent customer service, whilst maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Motivated and able to take initiative within the bounds of a work role and capacity to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers licence and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
