As a Production Support Analyst at NextGen, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 help desk support in a dynamic environment by resolving and escalating customer issues while maintaining documentation and improving the KnowledgeBase. Collaborate with a skilled team, leverage problem-solving skills, and contribute to a culture of innovation and exceptional service.
