In this Consultant, Customer Experience Strategy role, you will

  • Ensure we live our ambition and ‘start with the customer
  • Develop and deliver analysis to support decision making in the Customer Experience system
  • Craft narratives to help improve the effectiveness of our Customer Experience system (CX System)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Customer Experience domain and broader stakeholders
  • Support Customer Experience Strategy (CX Strategy), to bring external perspectives about how to deliver on our ambition

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated customer ‘obsession
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Highly analytical with excellent quantitative analysis
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Knowledge of customer experience systems
  • Experience with business analysis, technology, digital and data and analytics
  • Sound knowledge of banking
