Our client is going through a system upgrade, and we need some behind-the-scene gurus to help us through this transition period.

You will be experienced and confident in either excel or google sheets (nothing too fancy, but you will have the knowledge to navigate and work within sheets.

This role is not customer facing, however, you will be working within our contact centre environment.

Key Details

  • Operating Hours: 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Sunday (roster)

  • Must be available all Public Holidays, including Easter weekend, Anzac Day

  • Enjoy shift loading benefits for non-core hours.

  • Location: Onsite at Probes LaTrobe St offices.

  • Multiple Full Time (38 hours) positions

  • Commencing 24 March 2025

  • Paid Training

  • Australian Based Role

  • Fixed Term approximately 8 weeks (potential to continue working within Probe)

Key Responsibilities

  • Behind the Scenes manual processing

  • Documentation and data processing

  • Order processing

  • Proficiency in sheets (excel or google experience)
