Learn more about Saraji HERE About The Role: Reporting to the Superintendent Drill and Blast, as a Drill and Blast Supervisor you will focused on creating a culture of care by being a visible safety leader by engaging, developing and coaching your team whilst ensuring an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable production.

• Lead and supervise drill and blast operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution in line with production targets.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and safety culture.

• Develop and implement drill and blast plans, optimizing blasting techniques

• Coordinate with the mining team, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and achievement of production goals.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to drill and blast crews, fostering a culture of high performance and teamwork.

About You About You As an experienced and safety-conscious Drill and Blast Supervisor with success in overseeing high-performance drilling and blasting operations. With a commitment to operational efficiency, you thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Drill and Blast Supervisor in the coal mining industry, with a strong understanding of drilling, blasting, and mining operations.

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, blast design, and risk management to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring high performance and safety compliance.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and contractors, to meet production targets.

• Relevant qualifications in mining, drilling, or a related field, with a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
