Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate woodworking machines and tools to produce precision wooden products.
• Ensure that machines are set up to cut wood as per designs, specifications and drawings
• Adjust and calibrate machine settings to ensure accurate cuts and shaping
• Select and measure wood stock for cutting, planning, turning, shaping, lathe work, or sanding.
• Monitor machine operations, adjusting as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Use hand tools and power tools to shape and finish wood products using wood products such as varnishes, stains, lacquers, paint.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards
• 3 years of work experience minimum in the industry
• Proven ability to operate an Edge Bander, Panel Saw, and various Woodworking Machines
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining woodworking equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans or specifications (preferred)
• A safety-first mindset and familiarity with workplace health and safety standards
