You will be reporting to the Production Engineer.This is a Permanent Full-time position at Welshpool, WAMaintain and service the Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.Lubricate, oil, and apply adhesives or other materials to machines and equipment as per manufacturer specifications.Install, replace, or modify machine parts and attachments following technical guidelines.Repair or replace linings made of metal, wood, leather, glass, or other materials in equipment compartments or containers.Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.Clean machines and components using solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other cleaning equipment.Remove hardened materials from machinery using abrasives, power tools, jackhammers, or sledgehammers.Record and maintain accurate logs of production, repairs, and maintenance activities.Measure, mix, prepare, and test chemical solutions used for cleaning or repairing equipment, in line with product specifications.Carry out all duties as directed by the Production Manager, Site Manager, or Production Engineer in a safe and timely manner.Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for freight and transit rail as well as the mining, marine, and industrial markets.
