Warehouse Manager - Lead, Improve & Drive Change

We're now seeking an energetic, hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehousing operations and lead a motivated team to new levels of efficiency.

About the RoleThis is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement. You'll manage all warehouse functions—stock control, inbound and outbound orders, inventory accuracy, WHS compliance, and team development—while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Working closely with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams, you'll be instrumental in improving efficiency, developing your team, and fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

§ Lead daily warehouse operations, staff workflow, and resource allocation

§ Monitor and improve processes to boost efficiency and service quality

§ Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control, including cycle counts and stocktakes

§ Manage stock movements across multiple warehouse locations

§ Track and report on KPIs

§ Maintain a safe, functional, and compliant work environment

§ Drive cultural and operational change within the warehouse team

What You'll Bring

§ 5+ years in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution management role

§ Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams

§ Proven experience in process improvement and operational change

§ Sound knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and transport

§ Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills

§ High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach

§ Forklift licence (essential)
