$68K - $76K per annum + Allowances + Super

Council is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee the operations and maintenance of Councils cemeteries across the South Burnett region. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of cemetery services, ensuring high standards in presentation, and maintenance across ten (10) cemeteries. The role involves managing burial scheduling and site preparation; lead and support the cemetery team to ensure efficient service delivery; and assist with general horticultural and labouring duties including site inspections. The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience, with strong interpersonal and team management skills; background in general horticulture, labouring, or grounds maintenance; ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively; and strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery. MANDATORY:

• Minimum requirement of a current C Class drivers licence

• Certificate II or III in Horticulture or equivalent experience

• General Safety Induction for Construction Worker (White Card)

DESIRABLE:

• Chemical Operators Licence & MC Class drivers licence
