Halo are seeking dedicated and versatile Support Workers - Multi-Skilled to join our team. This position is an integral part of our organisation, contributing to the well-being and support of individuals within our community. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Providing personalised support to individuals with diverse needs, including elderly, disabled, or vulnerable individuals.
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Implementing individual care plans to ensure that each person's unique requirements are met effectively.
• Supporting individuals in accessing community facilities and engaging in social activities to promote their well-being and independence.
• Monitoring the health and well-being of individuals under your care, reporting any concerns or changes in condition promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the care provided, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Previous experience in a similar community support worker role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach towards supporting others' well-being and independence.
• The flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including weekends and evenings as required.
