About the role:As the Student/Graduate Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the financial operations of the business, including payroll, invoicing, and accounts management. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to balance their studies with practical work experience in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Payroll and staff contracts: Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for staff and the management of employment contracts.

• Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and tracked.

• Checking bills: Review and verify bills to ensure accuracy before processing for payment.

• Suppliers and service providers payments and bookings: Coordinate payments and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring bookings are completed on time.

• Accounts reconciliations: Support the reconciliation of accounts, helping to maintain up-to-date financial records.

• Product entry and price management: Assist with the entry of product details into the accounting system and help maintain accurate price records.

• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including monthly summaries and analysis for management review.

About you:The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in accounting and a keen eye for detail. You will be studying accounting or a recent graduate with a foundational understanding of financial processes. Requirements:
