Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Medical Practitioner to join our Transition Care Service, providing sub-acute care across our Adelaide and Walkerville sites.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will collaborate closely with nursing, allied health and care teams to support positive health outcomes and enhance patient wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an innovative model of care while enjoying the benefits of daytime-only shifts in a professional and supportive environment.
