About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Solar CCTV Assembly Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling solar-powered CCTV systems, including fixed kits and mobile trailer units. You will work with low-voltage electrical systems and collaborate with a diverse range of customers across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and wire solar CCTV kits and trailer-based systems
Install and test low-voltage electrical components and connections
Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet safety and performance standards
Maintain accurate build records and documentation
Assist with occasional troubleshooting, repairs, or upgrades on existing systems
Work closely with team members and liaise with customers to meet project requirements
Support safe work practices and maintain a clean, organised workspace
About You
Practical hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical assembly (desirable)
Basic understanding of low-voltage DC electrical systems
Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Current driver's licence
