We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Geologist - Growth to join our team at the KCGM Operations, with focus on leading and coordinating our Growth Geology Team. This position is a Kalgoorlie residential role, working a family friendly 5/2 4/3, 9-hour day roster.

Reporting to the Geology Superintendent you will be responsible for leading the geology team to expand the current resource and ensure projects are ready for Life of Mine. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervision of Graduates to Project Geologists, project planning, geological reporting, budget tracking and drill execution. Are you ready to dig-deeper?

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A tertiary qualification (minimum degree level) in geology.
• Extensive experience as a geologist in the resource industry, preferably within a gold mining operation.
• Experience with mining and geology software packages.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sampling, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC), block modelling, advanced grade estimation techniques, and reconciliation.
• Leadership experience, positively leading a team, and Contractor Management (analytical assay and drilling).
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Current Unencumbered Western Australian "C" Class Manual Drivers Licence.
