About BRAMS Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been delivering comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to the Broome community for over 45 years.
About the Role We are seeking a Senior Clinician (Social Worker or Psychologist) to provide high-level clinical leadership across BRAMS' programs, including Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB), Family and Domestic Violence (FDV), NDIS, Aged Care, and Primary Health Care.
This role will lead complex case management, coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary case reviews, and provide clinical supervision, debriefing, and reflective practice for staff. The Senior Clinician will also play a key role in clinical governance, quality improvement, and embedding culturally safe, trauma-informed practice across services.
