What youll be doing:

• Generating quotes and estimates across a wide range of products

• Taking and processing customer orders — both over the phone and in person

• Assisting customers with product advice and availability

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes

• Supporting general admin and front counter tasks as needed

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Great communication skills, especially over the phone

• A strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service

• The ability to stay organised and multitask in a busy environment

• Confidence in problem-solving and working with a team

• Experience using Microsoft Office (bonus if youve used Pronto!)
