The Role

• Casual - Hours and Days may vary depending on your availability and business needs

• Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service

• Provide information on the estate to customers

• Gather an initial understanding of the customers' needs

• Assist with the follow up and processing of leads

• Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Excellent customer service skills and proactive nature

• Experience in the property, retail or hospitality industry (preferred, but not essential)

• Agent Representative Certificate 

• Weekend availability
