As a highly regarded and successful regional transport company, Kane Transport is seeking applications for the position of Operations Administrator based at our Ballarat Depot.
This exciting position will require you to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to organise and prioritise workload. A high level of computer literacy and autonomy is required as well as excellent attention to detail.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the role include:
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Prompt answering of numerous inbound calls
Booking jobs in a fast-paced environment
Accurate processing and data entry
Respond promptly to enquiries
The ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
Assistance with accounts queries
Assist in operations as required
Perform a range of general administrative duties
Previous experience in the transport industry would be highly regarded but is not essential as your positive attitude and willingness to learn will allow you to build a fulfilling career with Kane Transport. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
