• Salary: $67,000 + Super AND guaranteed commission for your first 3 months

• Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
• Converting warm leads into new business opportunities by qualifying customer needs and building your sales pipeline
• Guiding customers through every step of the process with confidence and care
• Collaborating with senior sales colleagues to structure and close deals
• Consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
• Maintaining detailed records and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Delivering a five-star customer experience while confidently handling objections

• Previous experience in sales or a call centre is ideal, but candidates from customer service, hospitality, or retail are strongly encouraged to apply, if you've got the drive to succeed in sales
• Confident and charismatic communicator who loves people and thrives in conversation
• A strong sense of drive and resilience, self-motivated, and goal-driven
