What You Will Be Doing Road Maintenance (2 Positions HR + Traffic Control)

Carry out general road maintenance tasks
Operate HR vehicles safely
Assist with traffic management on active worksites
Support the crew with day-to-day civil labouring duties

Asphalt Crew (2 Positions White Card Essential LIVING AWAY FROM HOME)

Assist with asphalt preparation and laying
Operate basic tools and equipment
Perform general labouring duties
Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient worksite

What Will You Need? For Road Maintenance Roles

HR licence (essential)
Traffic Control ticket (essential)
Previous civil or road maintenance experience (preferred)

For Asphalt Crew Roles

White Card (essential)
Asphalt, labouring, or civil experience (advantageous)

For All Roles

Reliability and strong work ethic
Ability to work in outdoor environments
Physically fit and capable
Immediate availability
