JURA Australia is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Showroom team for a variety of functions, including customer facing duties, providing outstanding customer service, supervising the showroom and other general duties.
Another part of the role includes JURA Live, which is a one-on-one video learning experience whereby our customers can receive tailored product demonstrations, sales advice, and support from the comfort of their own home. As the Retail Assistant, you will be required to answer all incoming video calls, live from our studio at Head Office.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, proactive, willing to learn, while working in a small team.
Key responsibilities:
Key role:
· Sales and following up of customers inquiries
· Have a strong understanding of all JURA products and assist with all customers needs
· Responsible for the operation of our premium JURA Live studio
· Answer all incoming video calls from customers - both from their home and from the POS
Supporting roles:
· A point of contact in the Hospitality Centre, assisting customers and demonstrating a high level of customer service.
· Maintaining showroom presentation and stock.
· General troubleshooting for coffee machines
· Performing entries for coffee machines for service bookings
· Respond promptly to all queries and assist to resolve any issues
· Processing customer invoices, including handling cash and card payments and general administration/reception tasks as required
· Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email.
· General admin and receptionist duties
· Perform other duties as requested by your manager
Competencies and experience required (job related):
· Proven sales record within a retail environment.
· Educated to Year 12 or higher
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Highly presentable and well-groomed
· Has initiative and can work autonomously
· Ability to work in front of a camera
· Ample knowledge of Microsoft Office products
