The Role You will have the capability to manage and lead our venue teams, ensure the smooth operational workflow of Food & Beverage processes, and most importantly be “the face” of the business and ensure our customers and clients have a rewarding and memorable dining experience. You will need to take the lead in making decisive yet commercially driven decisions for your business. To ensure your success in this role you will have: A minimum 2+ years’ experience in a managerial role Passion for providing quality cuisine and exceptional customer service P&L capabilities, staff recruitment, casual/perm wages and costing Staff management, chefs and casual labour Sound knowledge of F&B, including experience in menu and concept design Ability to increase revenue Y2Y, across restaurant, functions and events Extensive skills in marketing, events, functions and sales management Strong leadership capabilities, true motivator and a dedicated mentor Excellent knowledge of produce and wine and running of a venue Motivation and innovation with the ability to lead by example Excellent communication skills, time management and dedication High level of cleanliness and hygiene, Immaculate Grooming and presentation Ability to work 5 days within a 7 day roster with 2 days off in a row (occasional night shifts) Clear communication skills, flexible, resilient and passionate Trippas White Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages First Nations Australians to apply.
