Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Regency Beach Club Date Posted: 12th May 2026 Position: Motel Manager Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation Hours: 38 hours per week Mode: Full time Location: 77 Gifford Road, Dunsborough, WA, 6281 Experience required: Minimum of 1 year relevant management experience within a motel, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment Regency Beach Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beachfront accommodation property located in Dunsborough, Western Australia. Situated within the popular Margaret River tourism region, the business is known for delivering quality guest accommodation, exceptional customer service, and a relaxing holiday experience for both domestic and international visitors. This is a full-time management position suited to a hospitality professional with strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day motel operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction standards, and supporting the ongoing success and reputation of the business.
