Receiving and Dispatch

An exciting opportunity exists for a Dispatch & Receiving Clerk to join our close-knit team out of our Port of Brisbane office. 

Own Transport is absolutely ESSENTIAL 

What your day can look like:

• Processing paperwork to ensure effective operation 

• Ensuring 100% service to importers, exporters, carriers and shipping line customers

• Taking responsibility for efficient park throughput including accurate and timely data entry

• Use of WMS and other tools as appropriate to compile and produce ongoing and ad-hoc reports as required

• Any other duties required to support the daily operations activities 

• Comply with all applicable legislation, regulations, Australian Standards and other statutory or regulatory guidelines at local, state and federal levels, including customer and company policies and procedures. 

• Support and/or participate in, site safety meetings, tool box meetings and operational meetings. 

What you can bring to us:

• Working knowledge of Transport systems and Operations

• Must be able to work under pressure and multi task 

• Have the ability to communicate with people of all levels

• Be confident

• Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel Spreadsheet

• Work autonomously and as part of a small but dynamic team

• Current drivers license and own vehicle

• Experience in Paperless Warehousing System (PWS) and advantage
