Responsibilities: Your role will evolve from a leasing focus into full end-to-end property management.
- Manage and coordinate all leasing activities during initial handover and move-ins
- Conduct thorough entry condition reports and routine inspections as properties settle
- Liaise closely with landlords, providing clear, timely communication and advice
- Review applications, supported by a leasing manager and offshore processing team
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants throughout their tenancy
- Oversee a growing portfolio of approximately 170 properties across three new complexes
- Collaborate with a close-knit team while working independently onsite
- Transition into full end-to-end management as the complexes become fully occupied
Requirements: - Minimum 4 years' experience in property management, ideally with new developments
- Confident working autonomously and managing onsite portfolios
- Proficient in PropertyMe and Inspection Express
- Current real estate certificate of registration
- Must have own reliable vehicle (onsite parking provided)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
