• Stay on top of arrears management and prepare court submissions when required

• Ensure full compliance with WA legislation and maintain accurate property records

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• ✅ At least 2 years' experience in residential property management

• ✅ Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (WA)

• ✅ A proven ability to manage a portfolio and meet performance targets

• ✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills

• ✅ Tech-savviness with tools like PropertyMe, TAPI and Inspection Express

• ✅ Certificate IV in Property Services (or relevant WA qualification)
