The Role: Customer Contact RepresentativeLocation: Perth (with flexible work-from-home options)Hours: Full-time (potential to be negotiated for the right person)
You'll be responsible for:
Reconnecting with previous donors, supporters, or members via phone
Handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Retaining and upgrading supporter relationships through tailored solutions
Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
Representing the values and mission of ARC Twenty-Two with integrity and clarity
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of proven contact centre experience
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing complex or sensitive calls
Ability to hit KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach

A team player attitude with the ability to work independently
