About the Opportunity
As Project Officer - WCC, you'll play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Westmead Catholic Community project. You will
Prepare and implement project plans, schedules, and resources to meet agreed timelines and budgets
Report on project progress, budget, and resource use in line with project lead requirements
Coordinate key activities relating to school relocation, transition, and operational readiness
Provide high-level administrative support, including meetings, workshops, presentations, and site visits with school and community stakeholders
Coordinate internal and external teams and manage a wide range of stakeholders
Ensure all projects align with CSPD's standards and objectives
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You'll bring:
Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to achieving outcomes that support schools and communities
A current Working with Children Check (Paid Employee)
