The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a major civil project from commencement through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery and handover.
• Lead project teams, site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Oversee cost control, scheduling, procurement and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.
• Drive a collaborative and solutions-focused culture across the project team.

• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Experience managing civil, roadworks, or infrastructure projects.
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and to specification.
• Based locally in Wagga Wagga or willing to relocate - this is not a FIFO/DIDO position.
