We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, quoting, and timelines, ensuring each project is delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget

• Site measurement, Drawings checking and coordination with subbies and clients.

• Lead project scheduling, ordering materials, and managing project tasks via EstimateOne

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver top-quality results

• Oversee a team of estimators, providing guidance and leadership

• Interpret and review project drawings and specifications

• Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years + of experience in Project Management or Estimating (preferably in joinery, carpentry, or construction)

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Proven ability to estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Experience with job scheduling and material procurement

• Familiarity with EstimateOne or similar project management tools

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to interpret drawings and project specifications

• Construction White Card and current driver's license
