About the RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a large production team of up to 120 permanent and casual employees, ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of production plans. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for developing team capability, driving operational excellence, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Please note: This position is a permanent afternoon shift leadership role. To ensure a successful transition into the business and a strong understanding of our people, processes and operations, the successful candidate will initially commence on day shift for an extended training and onboarding period before transitioning to the afternoon shift. Some rotation of shifts may be required at times.
