About the roleRepco is a leader in the automotive aftermarket parts market and is one of the most widely recognised brands in Australia and New Zealand. Customer Development Managers (CDMs) report to a Channel Manager and work closely alongside Repco Store Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers. With a sales focus, they’re supported by an effective CRM system and best‑in‑class promotional activities.
