Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, this role will see you supporting activities covering contracts management across our customer portfolio including monitoring of contractor compliance, assisting in the development of request for tender documentation, performance monitoring, service level agreements, financials and organising & managing KPI reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level analysis and advice to key stakeholders on current and future contracts to achieve best outcome for the business.
  • Report on Savings and Spend actuals and forecast accurately for review by Management.
  • Assist with negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve best outcome for the business.
  • Engage with stakeholders at a senior level and work with third parties to monitor and achieve designated contractual and expected outcomes.
  • Assist with preparation of scope of contract including request for tender documentation.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Commerce/Finance/Law degree (or similar) – Highly preferred
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data through Excel – Essential
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills including consultation and difficult and protracted negotiation with suppliers, 3rd parties, vendors, etc. – Essential
  • Strong underwriting, analytical, financial modelling, and risk evaluation skills - Essential
  • Ability to prepare scope documentation, tenders, vendor relationships and contracts management – Preferred.
