We're growing and looking for reliable, detail-oriented and hard-working Process Workers to join our Day Shift Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that values sustainability, teamwork and quality - all while working in a supportive and upbeat environment.
About the Role:You'll be on the frontline of our production process, making sure every bottle is packed, stacked and quality-checked to perfection. This is a hands-on, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:06pm.
Key tasks include:
Packing finished goods into cartons with accuracy and speed
Stacking cartons safely and efficiently
Reworking products to ensure they meet our quality standards
Feeding bottles onto fast-moving production lines
Filling hoppers with raw materials to keep operations flowing
Performing regular product quality checks
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wearing PPE
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Jumping in to support wherever needed - no task too small!
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
A team player with good communication skills
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 12kg
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
Work with products that make a positive environmental impact
