Ausdocs Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to manage the efficient day to day running of two established and centrally located clinics in Rockhampton (Central Queensland).
Both practice locations are within central shopping precincts, open Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings, offering a range of general and specialised medical services.
Collectively, the two clinic locations include a team of 12 dedicated GPs, a Nurse Manager, a Reception Manager and well-trained support staff (nursing and reception team), to support the health and well-being of patients. Both are fully accredited QPA Practices, utilising Best Practice, Hotdoc, Cubiko, and Better Consult software.

About You
To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be an experienced Practice Manager with the ability to enter this management role with confidence. Additionally, your skills and experience will also include:

Well-developed leadership skills to navigate teams across two locations, as well as independent GPs.
Strong understanding of business operations, financial reporting and compliance in the primary healthcare setting.
Ability to confidently report at meetings with senior management.
Skilled at multi-tasking, problem-solving and time management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
