Position Overview

Part‑time Customer Advisor based in our Wodonga Branch supporting the Central Victorian Branches (Wodonga, Albury and Wangaratta). The role requires flexibility to travel between locations and provides mileage paid.

Hours

5 days per week: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm; Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers across the Central Victorian Branches.
  • Assist customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
  • Ensure a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience with accurate and up‑to‑date details.
  • Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to help customers make banking simple, easy and secure.
  • Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance career progression.
