The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for management and successful delivery of installations, maintenance services, service call outs within the budget.
Responsibilities
Management of projects, maintenance services and service call outs
Management of resources, including technicians and subcontractors
Organisation and coordination of all materials, labour, travel arrangement and equipment hire for installation, maintenance services and service call outs
Management of costs and successful delivery of projects and services within the budget
Administration of technician's timesheet, field service sheet and maintenance report
Administration of stock entries in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
Administration of SWMS/WHS documentations
Selection Criteria
5 years+ experience in a similar industry or in a similar role
Mechanical minded
Construction site experience/knowledge essential
Experienced Project Manager
Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound computer and documentation skills
Full training will be provided.
