About the roleAs Operations Manager, you lead the delivery side of the business, ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with GEM’s standards and strategic direction.
You oversee day‑to‑day operations, work with Project Managers, coordinate crews and supervisors, and ensure that every job is delivered with accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. You work alongside the General Manager, maintaining alignment between field operations, commercial performance, and organisational priorities.
This is not a clipboard role.
You are hands‑on, accountable, and central to how GEM performs on the ground.
You bring structure to operations, clarity to planning, and discipline to execution, so crews can work safely, clients get what they were promised, and the business runs predictably.
