We're a warm, professional, and passionate team providing innovative support services across Brisbane and Moreton Bay. Right now, we're on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join us for 12 months (parental leave cover) with a possibility of extension to keep our operations running like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing
· Keep our office humming - from managing databases, ordering supplies and supporting our managers
· Welcome new staff and participants, ensuring a positive experience from day one. Liaise with participants, staff, and external contacts in a way that reflects our values
· Be part of a payroll team - accurate, timely, and fully compliant
· Jump in on social media, marketing, or blogging projects when and where possible
· Pitch in with problem-solving, process improvements, and “how can we make this even better?” moments
· Property and Vehicle Management - arranging repairs/servicing when required.
· Event organisation and management
About You
· 2+ years in admin roles, with payroll experience highly regarded
· Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
· A confident communicator - written and verbal - who fits naturally into our culture
· Able to juggle priorities and still keep your cool
· Bonus points for experience in social media, marketing, or creative communications
· Experience in the NDIS or community sector is a plus, but not essential
· You're tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and social media platforms. As this is maternity cover, you'll be expected to apply your skills straight away and quickly make an impact.
