Thiess is inviting expressions of interest from experienced mining operators who are keen to be considered for future opportunities at our Caval Ridge and Peak Downs project, located in the heart of Queensland's Bowen Basin.

We're looking to connect with skilled individuals who are passionate about safety, teamwork, and delivering results - and who are seeking a long-term, lifestyle-friendly role on a 7/7 day-night roster with 12.5-hour shifts. These opportunities are DIDO or BIBO only.

We're keen to hear from operators with experience in:

• Haul Trucks
• Dozers 
• Graders
• Loaders
• Excavators (500T+)

As part of the Thiess team, you'll play a crucial role in:

• Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Adhering to Thiess' safety standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a strong team culture and a safe, efficient work environment. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, or Excavators in a coal mining environment
• Signed and verified machinery skills list (training transcripts) LMS documents - endorsed by SSE or delegate. 
• Current Standard 11 - Statement of Attainment
• Current Opens Driver's Licence
• A commitment to a positive safety culture
