ABOUT US:

We are a very busy family owned and operated business, who have been established for over 21 years, and specialise in providing minor and major repairs, breakdown assistance, services and sales of all makes and models of forklifts.

With a team of highly qualified technicians, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of service and professionalism to our valued customers.

THE ROLE:

As a valued member of our close-knit team, you will start in our workshop for a 2-week training period, where you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with a forklift and all its workings. Once you are comfortable and feeling confident, you will be provided with your own vehicle and will then move from customer to customer, performing servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs (both small and major) as required.

As part of your role, you will;

• Use an iPad / Tablet to maintain your notes on all jobs

• Communicate with the office and customers in an efficient and professional manner

• Keep records of all parts / materials used for every job

• Maintain your service vehicle in a clean condition at all times

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• MUST be a qualified mechanic (motor / diesel / or similar) or have mechanical knowledge / be mechanically minded

• MUST have a current driver's license

• Excellent communication skills

• Honest, reliable and willing to provide exceptional customer service

• Confidence working autonomously

• Be a team player

• A forklift license would be advantageous (however not a requirement)
