About the teamOur Coles Liquor team support Liquorland, Liquorland Warehouse (formally First Choice) and Liquorland Cellars (formally Vintage Cellars), with a network of more than 980 stores and ultra-convenient online website, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy, Loyalty & Insights, you'll be responsible for the strategy development and customer value proposition of our Loyalty program for Liquorland.
You'll also be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Loyalty strategy for Liquorland as we continue our journey to build Loyalty through acquisition, retention and engagement.

About you and your skills
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 5+ years' experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty, or CRM and have worked in a high energy environment, ideally coming from a Retail/FMCG background.
